Alan's obituary
He retired in November of 2006. On his time off from the FD he also had his own business ALD Enterprises which he operated from 1971 to 2006 when he retired. Once he retired, he moved to Live Oak FL where he joined the Falmouth VFD in Suwanee County. He was a member there from 2006-2014. Daddy always said, “once a fire fighter always a fire fighter!”
He also loved hunting and fishing. His favorite place to be was in the Green Swamp at hunting camp.
Alan is survived by daughter, Donna Lynn Lammlein (George); 3 sons, Sean Doneburgh, Joshua Doneburgh (Breana), Dennis Doneburgh; grandchildren, Brandon and Brittney Lammlein, Jonathan and Taylor Brown, Jimmy Doneburgh, Raelynn, Bentley and Alayna Doneburgh.
Per his request, there will be no celebration of life. His wishes were to be cremated and his ashes spread at his favorite place. His family will fulfill his wishes in the near future. They would also like to thank everyone for the outpouring of prayers and support during this difficult time!
