Alan Bennett, 59 of East Brunswick died Tuesday September 28th at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick.

Born in Seoul, Korea, Mr. Bennett lived most of his life in Monroe Township before moving to East Brunswick 3 years ago.

He was employed for many years in the maintenance department at the Rossmoor Golf Course in the Rossmoor community of Monroe Township.

He enjoyed freshwater fishing and was a fan of the Tennessee Titans football team and the NY Yankees.

He was predeceased by his father Charles A. Bennett III.

Surviving are his wife Christine Bouchard, his three sons Alan V. Bennett of East Brunswick, Charles Bouchard of Robbinsville and David Bennett of East Brunswick, his two daughters Heather Bennett of Millstone and Chrystal Bouchard of West Virginia and four grandchildren Abigail, Lorenzo and Keegan Sanchez and Aiden Bouchard.

Visiting hours for family and friends will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday October 3rd at the Lester Memorial Home.

Cremation will be private.
