Ajibike and I grew up in the same building as kids together, was in the same class in elementary school and grew closer as we got older. We would work out together and hang out every time she can back to Chicago. She was always their for birthdays and events throughout the years and was always a supportive good friend. I miss her a lot.

Ajibike and I first met in Los Angeles on a film shoot that we were working on as background actors. I loved her smile and she was so friendly. We both didn't have cars at the time so we talked about how we take the bus and where we live. At the time she was in some apartment in either Koreatown or Hollywood, I can't remember. But she was telling me how to look for apartments in LA and to beware of bedbugs! She was truly giving me a warning but her mannerisms and the way she spoke about it cracked me up! She was so naturally funny. And very candid. That night my boyfriend at the time picked me up and I asked him to please give this amazing new friend of mine a ride home. She made me and my bf laugh the whole way home. This had to be in 2010 or so. And we never lost touch after that. Such a beautiful sweet woman. So blessed to have met her! <3

Rhythm Miles

Ajibike is one of the most special sistas I’ve ever met here in Hollywood, CA. She would always have such a beautiful smile on her face as we would say hello while out and about over the past 10 + years. Wether at the gym or walking down Hollywood Blvd. etc. it was always so nice to talk to her. I can’t believe that we’ll never see her again as it has literally taken me several days of total disbelief in the realization that she’s gone now. With tears in my eyes I pray God bless this angel and may she rest in peace and know that she will be greatly missed. Amen.

I met her in March 2004. She was always welcome around my family. I cast her in a movie years ago. The last time I saw her I gave her a kiss goodbye. I am glad I have that memory.
