Aileena Marla Wolfe, 66, passed away on May 25, 2023 in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Aileena was known for being a mother, grandmother, teacher, and friend. Despite many years of complex emotional and physical challenges, Aileena is remembered by her children as making their childhood special and supporting their hobbies.

During her thirty-year marriage, Aileena traveled, enjoyed music and adventure, and her miniature schnauzer, Angel. She had many accomplishments including earning a master’s degree in education, becoming a teacher, and working in various roles in law and government offices.  

Aileena was driven to be independent and live her best life. Despite spending about a decade at Hallmark, a full care facility, she was able to achieve her goal of living in an independent living community, The Audrey, where she had meaningful friendships with other residents.

Aileena wrote in countless journals and committed herself to various forms of therapeutic help. She taught those around her to be empathic and patient. In addition to her two sons, Aaron (Meghan) Wolfe and Gordon Wolfe (Lauren Davis), she leaves behind two adoring grandchildren (Brandon and Madelyn Wolfe) as well as cousins, friends, and extended family members.
