Aida's obituary
Aida Muniz Gutierrez, born November 7, 1947, was called home to be with the Lord on April 5, 2026, on Easter morning. She lived a life rooted in faith, love, and unwavering devotion to her family and community.
Aida was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and loyal friend. She married the love of her life on May 6, 1972, and together they built a life centered on faith, family, and enduring commitment. She was especially proud of her five grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and were the light of her life.
She had a gift for bringing people together, most often through her love of cooking. Aida found great joy in preparing meals for others, ensuring that no one ever left her home without feeling cared for and loved. She gave of herself selflessly, always placing the needs of others before her own.
A woman of deep and abiding faith, Aida lived her life as a reflection of her beliefs. Her joyful spirit was evident in her love for dancing and in the warmth she shared so freely. Her laughter and radiant smile could light up any room, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel like family.
Aida’s love extended beyond blood, as she welcomed others into her heart and home with open arms. She was a source of inspiration—demonstrating what it means to love unconditionally and to stand by one’s family with strength, grace, and devotion.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, but her legacy of faith, love, and kindness will continue to live on through her family and all whose lives she touched.
Aida is survived by her loving husband, her children, her five beloved grandchildren, and many extended family members and dear friends.
