Adriano Saura, Jr., passed away on August 26, 2020, in Torrance, California. He was a beloved husband, a trusted friend, and an adoring father. He was born in the Philippines in August 1946 as the son of Adriano Sr. and Gertrudes Mondala Saura. He was the younger brother of Lorna Obillio. Adriano was the husband of Zenaida, and father to Elizabeth and Adrian. He was also grandfather to Addison and Averyann.

We are saddened by this sudden loss, but forever grateful to have been blessed by his beautiful soul and gentle spirit. Adrian was not only a wise mentor and coach, but also the most hopeless comedian. He was our hero, an accomplished engineer with a long career in the aerospace industry, having spent decades at McDonnell Douglas and Boeing before retiring in 2012. He was a curious music lover, an impulsive dancer, a happenstance karaoke singing legend, and forever a jokester.

We honor his life with gratitude, and love. May he rest in peace.
