There are times in our lives where things change forever and the world is different. I remember 7th grade on the track watching Ray Ray run like the wind! He was a great friend and will be missed! My thoughts are with you all. Run with the wind my friend! RIP

“The journey will be crazy, but stay calm and you can weather any storm”.  

Adrian said this to me after I had my first baby. I have held onto it a lot the past few weeks and am so thankful I kept his letter.  I hope it can also help bring a since of calmness to others during this storm..
