Tribute to honoured my beloved life matron,my second mother, just like I was dreaming that grandma MIC Adijat Bashorun JP, is no more. I would like us to note that, grandma Bash did not just occupy a role;she embodying a calling ___one of service, nuture and unwavering strength, her life was a vibrant tapestry, woven with wisdom, discipline and boundless love. To me, personally, she was more than a matron, she was a pillar of stability, a gentle guide, and often a grandmother. Grandma Bash possessed a rare quality of being able to deliver stem, discipline, and warmth comfort in the very same moments.

She has an incredible gift for knowing exactly what was needed. ___ a stem word to put us back on the right path, she cares for us not just with her hands but with her heart. She ensures not only our physical well-being but also the health of our spirit.

Your true legacy isn't written in records but in the countless lives you touched, mentored, and nurtured .

Grandma Bash lives a wonderful and purposeful life. She understood the importance of dedication, consistency, and kindness. She taught us by example that true leadership comes from the heart and that small daily acts of service are what builds a remarkable legacy.

We, the entire CCC seed of covenant ii, will cherish the memory of your laughter, your resilience, and the comforting assurances that you were always there.

Though you have departed from our midst, but the beautiful imprint of your life remains, we released you now with peace and love, knowing your work is done and your rewards is great.

TRIBUTE:

Mama Bashorun's loving memories of her kindness, wisdom, and humor, acknowledging her role as a guide, cheerleader, and expressing comfort to her family and those that surrounds her, highlighting her lasting legacy in their lives and the love she shared

I was so deeply saddened to hear about her passing. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

Mama Bashorun was such a special woman since knowing her far back in 1986/87 in Boston / Providence Rhode Island. I'll never forget how she always had a way of making everyone feel so welcome and special in various ways. She was a wonderful listener and offered such wise advice when I was going through a tough time. She truly embodied strength, grace, and unconditional love. Her selflessness and dedication to her family was an inspiration to us all.

I pray the family find comfort in the beautiful memories she shared and the lasting love she gave.

May her soul continue to rest in perfect peace IJMN.

Revelation 14:13 NLT

[13] And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this down: Blessed are those who die in the Lord from now on. Yes, says the Spirit, they are blessed indeed, for they will rest from their hard work; for their good deeds follow them!”

Mummy what can we say about you?

Words are not enough to describe a great mother.

We take comfort in the eternal words of God that says "Their good deeds follow them"

After your work has been completed. Your Father, Creator and Savior asked you to come back home to rest.

We thank God for the good legacy that you left behind.

Indeed the word of God is settled.

"Their works do follow them"

Rest on Mummy for your good deeds follow you.

Words fail me as I’m still numb about this news.

I pray for real rest for your soul mama Bash. No more struggles, no more pain, no more suffering and no more tears. Find rest in the center of your maker’s love.

May all your children and grandchildren receive the strength and courage to guard your legacy in unity and love and may their hearts be healed in every way form and manner from this loss. May they receive wisdom to guard and guide your good legacy forward, in Jesus name.

E sun re o 😥😞🙏🏽

In loving memory of our dear Mrs. Adijat Bashorun (Mommy Bash), whose warmth, kindness, and unwavering love touched me, my late mom, and everyone she met. She was a motherly woman of God, always offering a listening ear, a comforting presence, and a heart full of compassion.

Though she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the beautiful memories we shared and in the countless lives she influenced. Her legacy of love remains, for “Love never fails” (1 Corinthians 13:8).

We take comfort in knowing that she has gone to be with the Lord, where “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord” (2 Corinthians 5:8). Even in our earthly sorrow, we rejoice in the hope of eternal life, for “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints” (Psalm 116:15).

The bond she formed with us can never be broken. Her gentle spirit, her faith, her prayers, and her love will live in our hearts forever. “Blessed are those who die in the Lord… they will rest from their labor, for their deeds follow them” (Revelation 14:13).

We love you, Mommy Bash, but God loves you the most.

Continue to rest in perfect peace until we meet again at the feet of Jesus.

I couldn't believe it was true that you are no more , our beloved life matron,MIC Adijat Bashorun JP, a shining star in our lives, the mother of the whole Universe, a pillar of love and strength, you left an incredible mark on our hearts, your gift of kindness, care, generosity and warmth inspired us all.we the entire CCC seed of covenant ii missed you so much.

Though you have gone, your legacy lives on through the countless lives you touched, and your memories are so beautiful and will forever be a blessing to us all. May your soul rest in eternal peace. Our beloved life matron till we shall meet and part no more ......

Mama Orile Ede, Sunn re ooo. - @Otunba

The phrase "God's Case No Appeal" by Chinua Achebe, puts the death of Mama Agnes Adi Bashorun into proper context. It helps me to resolve my internal conflicts regarding the death of the beloved mother of blessed memory. The information that I have state that she was not sick . I received a prayerful message from her on Thanksgiving. All of these raised the internal conflicts emanating from her death. However, if we believe that the action of calling her home was by God, then the case is closed. Then we have to look on the other side of the ledger for consolation and comfort to bring healing. Three issues quickly jumped out:

1. Mama Bashorun knew God;

2. Mama Bashorun served God;

3. Mama Bashorun held the faith.

May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.

To those that she has left behind, the children, grand children, other family members, friends and church associates, I pray that God grants us the courage and wherewhital to bear the irreparable loss. May the grace of the almighty be sufficient for us in healing.

And may He send us the comforter to comfort us through this very difficult period.

To conclude, I will like to invoke the spirit of one of the popular Christian songs usually offered during final burial rites:

Ao pade lese Jesu

Nibiti a ko ni yara wa

Ao rira wa, ao yo mara wa

(Mama mi)

Jesu ni yo salaga wa.

(Translation intentionally left out).

Sun un re o, Mommy Bash!!!

I am still in shock and totally dumbfounded to say the least, I have not been able to get over mummy's demise, but I know she is in a better place, I really do cherish the time we spent together and those memories will never be forgotten. Mum you are dearly missed to say the least, I was really looking forward to us in Nigeria to celebrate my birthday as we have been planning it together but the Lord wanted you more.

Mummy e sun re O at the bossom of our Lord. I really miss you, your words of wisdom, prayers and the never ending show of love and affection towards my entire family. MISS YOU DEARLY. -Folashade Oshin

Mommy nna….that’s what I call her…What a Mother and a Gem I have lost. I wish I could see her again after the last time we saw each other in Maryland. Mommy always calls me “ Woni Ales…omi ti de, omi ti de”. Meeting her for the first time in 1990 at Providence Parish along with Late Oluso Dayo Ezekiel…it was a Mother-Son spiritual love at first sight and since She took me as a Son till her passing to Glory. A fervent prayer warrior, holds no grudges. Sometimes she will call me after it’s been a while we spoke. Being a good mother to my family, a dedicated believer and a Woman of Wisdom, worked tirelessly to make providence parish stands till today. “Mommy nna “… Sweet is the remembrance of the righteous and is blessed..Proverbs 10:7. May your Soul Rest In Peace.🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️.

Please accept my condolences. - @Aunty Jumoke

With very heavy hearts, we pray for the repose of Mummy's soul.

Mummy, as your sweet and loving spirit lives in us, may your gentle soul rest in eternal peace, just as your legacy of selflessness, love, and kindness continues to inspire us all.

We remember your peaceful, motherly presence, and your memory will forever be a blessing to us.

Toyin, Shola, Debayo, and Biola... may the Lord grant you all strength and fortitude during this tough time.

Do accept our most sincere condolences.
