Adeife's obituary

Elsie Judith Poole

Elsie Judith Neal

Elsie Judith Cloud

Ife Enahoro

Adeife Poole Omotade

Born in New Orleans LA November 27, 1939 to Robert Julius Poole and Elsie Fannie Mourice.

In her own words from her book "

I consider myself to be an energetic spirit, an astral traveler, an adventurer, a woman, a mother, a grand and great grandmother, a priestess, a lover, a Tai-Chi Chuan master and an unique personality. Other people consider me a character, unusual and an individual. I agree with them, I think that my fearlessness is what distinguishes me from my friends; I was raised that way. Whenever I would tell my father that I wanted to do something, he would say, "Why not, what can I do to help you?" I feel I came to the planet complete this time; my yin and yang balanced. I have been told many times when consulting the oracle (IFA), that although I have Osun on my head, I have a strong Ogun energy; that I do things that most women would be afraid to do. At spiritual gatherings I have been told that I have a strong Asian energy walking with me; hence, Tai Chi. Ike said he was surprised at the reception I received in both Macao and Beijing. I cried when I saw the movie the Last Emperor. Japan also is close to me somehow, I have chanted Nam Myoho Renge Kyo since 1965, and I have felt as though I was once a Samurai."
