Addison's obituary
Addison lost her life to substance abuse disorder in the early hours of September 26, 2025. She was trusting of the wrong person who gave her fentanyl while she was in recovery and it claimed her life, much like it has many others. She is survived by her Sister Lindsay (Zach), great uncle Russel (Monica) and Step Father Richard.
If there is a ceremony to spread her ashes, it will be announced to close friends and family in Arizona, where she is to be cremated.
