Addie Hamrick gained her angel wings on October 24, 2022 at her home in Maiden, NC. Addie was 80 years old.

Addie's life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint She left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that She stayed here.
Addie was talented and adventurous in many aspects of her life. She was a master of sewing, an avid  baker and an amazing grandmother. When Addie wasn't working. She could be found at her local church helping out anyway she could. Not a day went by where Addie didn't talk about how much her children and family meant to her -- her family was arguably her most important achievement in life.

Addie is survived by her grandchildren, [Jeanie Marie Hamrick thomas and Billie Jo Hamrick Hager], her great grandchildren, [Haley Prieb, Emily Prieb, Isaac Hager, Stephanie Holt, Jacob Hager, and Eric Holt], and countless friends. Addie was predeceased by [her husband Billy Eugene Hamrick, her sons Billy Daniel Hamrick and Henry Alan Hamrick].

Services will be held at Coral Park Baptist Church in Lincolnton NC on Sunday October 30, 2022 from 11a-12:30p with burial to follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to  American Diabetes Association, an organization Addie cared for.
