I have so many fond memories of Adam; from his times as a student at Taylor to when we hired him on as a Teacher and Coach at his beloved high school.Β  Adam had a contagious smile and positive spirit.Β  He truly LOVED working with our kids in the classroom and on the field.Β  We miss you Adam!

One of my best memories all these years later....

Adam and I played football together at Taylor High School. The year is 2004 and it was the first game of our junior varsity season against Bush High School. We both played on the offensive line together and right at the end of the 1st quarter he hurts his wrist and ends up missing the remainder of the game. I move over to his position and he gives me a look before the next play, basically saying "if you get my brother hurt, I'll hurt you." His brother was the quarterback at the time. Sure enough a few plays later, I blow a blocking assignment and his brother takes a big sack. Needless to say he's pretty red faced and furious at this point. The game ends up going pretty wll, we win, and after the game he's still worked up but comes up to me, puts his arm around me and tells me I wasn't too bad and we'll correct the errors in practice. Sure enough the very next day he's sitting right next to me in the film room as we're watching the game, and going over every detail. And that was Adam in a nutshell, tough but a genuine softy at the same time.Β

Miss you, Adam.

He was a valuable member of our department. We shared an after school meeting every day in the overlook at the top of the stairs. Not required, we just both felt compelled to come out of our rooms and see the kids out each day.Β

My thoughts and prayers continue to go out to Kari, Henry and Adam's family. Loosing a part of you is very hard, but the thoughts of having that loved ones presence and holding on to the memory makes each day easier.

My condolences always my love.

Even though the sting of Adam's death has since subsided for so many, for you, especially on his birthday, I know the pain is realized over and over again.

Know that my family is constantly praying for you.

Adam was truly the best son any mother could wish for...he was a miracle baby along with his twin brother... having the boys made my life complete.
Peter and Kathy,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all of your family at this time. Although our lives have been lived far apart, each year during on wedding anniversary we think of you two! We love you and will continue to keep Adam in our prayers.

My prayers to Kathi, my former ATHS co-worker and office neighbor for many years; she would always share her love for her boys, Adam and Zach to me as I would share the same about my family. She was always so proud of whom they grew up to become. It was a blessing to see and talk to Adam in the halls of ATHS; he was such a gentle, quiet soul. God’s comfort to his wife, Kari and the baby. One of the last words that I shared with Adam this past school year was to be blessed and congratulations on getting married. God rest his sweet soul in the name of Jesus. Amen βœοΈβ€οΈπŸŒΉπŸ™

I so enjoyed working with Adam at Taylor. He had the biggest heart for students and they loved him back. My prayers for peace and comfort for his family.

Coach Marin was my World Geography teacher & everyday going into his class was my favorite part of the day. His scary loud voice always made my class want to succeed and get our assignments done. Coach Marin was truly one of a kind and he wanted everybody to do their best and I appreciate the time that I had with him & allowing me to pass World Geography.
Prayers to his family πŸ’™
