Ada's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ada Williams, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Ada was born on October 22, 1941, and sadly left us on October 20, 2024. Her warm, sensitive, and caring personality brightened the lives of everyone she met. Ada was a creative, inquisitive and always straight-forward woman, that provided a strong yet compassionate presence in all our lives. Ada's life was marked by her unwavering commitment to her family and friends.
Ada spent her career as an office manager in Morris Plains, NJ where she worked for Warner Lambert, Parke, Davis, and then retired from Pfizer. Her professional life was characterized by the same warmth and dedication she brought to her personal endeavors.
In her later years, Ada moved to Freehold, NJ where she immersed herself in the local culture and community. As an accomplished artist, Ada's love for art was evident in her home and in her incredible paintings. She also enjoyed playing Mahjong, reading, and spending precious time with her grandsons. Ada believed in enriching the lives of others and left the world a better place than when she entered it. Her legacy of kindness and generosity will always be remembered.
Ada was the cherished wife of Arthur Williams, the loving mother of Jennifer Williams, and the adoring grandmother to Lincoln and Bresden DeLeon. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Will DeLeon, and her brother, Robert Rotolo, and sister Marie Perini as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Ada was predeceased by her parents, Salvatore and Margaret Rotolo.
