Ms. Ada Bell Hall was born on August 16, 1929 in to the late Cornelius Williams and Mary Edwards in Morgan, Georgia. She departed this life on Thursday, January 26, 2023 in Hazelhurst, Georgia. 

She was a member of the Tallahassee Missionary Baptist Church. She preceded in death by her loving husband, David Hall, and her nephew whom she raised as her son, Harvey L. Williams, four sisters; Reabie McCoy, Eliza Hall, Louise Sanders, and Annie Mae Williams. She leaves to cherish her memories a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
