There are sublime souls around us that balance out the evil in this world and make the earth a tolerable dwelling. Grand Master Abdul Musawwir was one. Today as he departs, the universe grieves an anchor. Thank you Master Abdul for teaching me that we are spiritual beings on a human journey. Thank you for teaching me that form is content. Thank you for connecting all the lines and rounding all the corners. I am so blessed our paths crossed. I pray we will meet again in a different realm. You are with God, the best company of all. I am left here to eternally miss you.

A great legend has passed, I was honored to have been instructed by Musawwir several times and will remember his teachings.

I have only met Abdul Musawwir a few times, and each time I was met with light and love. He had a large and humble presenceعه, and he taught me the importance of yielding. Abdul, thank you for being who you chose to be. Allah, I am ever so grateful to have crossed paths with such an amazing soul. Sending His family and loved ones light. إنا لله و إنا إليه راجعون.
