Abbie Williamson Farr, 94, formerly of Decatur, Georgia, died November 5, 2020, at Park Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility, Monroe, Georgia.

Abbie Farr was born December 19, 1925, in Vidalia, Georgia. Abbie was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Freeman Farr, and her son, Freeman Lee Farr. She is survived by sons, William Joseph Farr (Shannon), Terry Mason Farr (Vicki), Roy Stephen Farr (Cathy), and Robert Daniel Farr, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Abbie was a long time employee of Rich's. She also worked many years as a school crossing guard where she befriended many Forrest Hills Elementary children.

Visitation will be on Saturday, November 7, 2020, from 1:00 pm until 2:30 pm with interment to follow at 3:00 pm at Decatur City Cemetery.
