How you can help
I am wanting to raise money to help me hire an attorney for the incident that occurred on August 24th, 2023 that took my father's life.
On that August night, everything changed. The Kearns Unified Police, were called to his home twice. The first visit- a casual encounter-faded quickly. But the second time, their footsteps carried weight. They walked up the driveway, peaked into the garage- in hopes of finding Aaron in there. But, he was in the neighbors driveway behind them. Unknown if they exchanged any words or not but they claim my father Aaron Zimmerman "brandished" a gun and that is when all 3 of the officers shot him over 20 times which ended up killing him. He died almost immediately so they didn't even try to revive him. They said it was already too late before the ambulance even arrived.
Aaron's parents and myself have all sought after the body cam footage, a glimpse into my father's last moments, but the doors remain locked. The only thing I am told is "this case is still being investigated so we can't release any information or footage."
Was Aaron's death justified or was it wrongful? I believe my father deserves justice and I believe my family and I deserve clarity and closure.
Now, in the digital corridors of compassion, I stand, asking for help. Every dollar becomes a step toward truth. I am hoping that the attorney will dissect narratives, scrutinize evidence and weave a new chapter. One where truth comes to light.
Please, help me raise the money for my father's case. We gather, hearts entwined, to honor Aaron's memory and seek answers. For in the quiet of our empathy, justice finds it's voice.
Thank you Contribute
