Tracy Steffen — This is by far the worst medical entity I have tried to work with. I say try, because since July I have been trying to obtain new supplies. When I call, I get voicemail. Only twice in four months has someone called back. Not that it matters. They won’t schedule an appointment or honor an RX until they have completed intake. When no one is available to answer the phone, good luck even getting to the point of scheduling. In the meantime, forget about the durable medical equipment you need.

Jodi Broehm — They don’t let you make an appointment to get help with your CPAP machine or supplies. They tell you to just stop in and it’s first come first served. Today I checked in with the receptionist at 11:07. There was no one else ahead of me, I was the only one there. At 11:53 I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be as I had been sitting there 45 minutes and again, I was the only one there. She said something about a broken machine and that it would be a few more minutes. Someone must have heard me ask because she immediately came out of the room to get me. The respiratory therapist was very helpful and answered my questions and gave me suggestions but a 45 minute wait when I was the only one there was unacceptable. Staff walked in and out of the various rooms in the CPAP area and each time I looked up hopefully but no one acknowledged me. There needs to be a better way to make sure the therapists are aware a client is waiting. If I hadn’t said something to the receptionist wonder how long I would have sat there.

Kenneth Cummings — Had the best experience getting a new cpap machine. Pam P. was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them for all your needs!!😀

Eric Edmonds — There are some very bad reviews on here so I was nervous about stopping here to see if I could rent a wheelchair. I am glad I decided to stop. Shelia was the young lady that helped me and she was awesome. Had me out in less than 10 minutes. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really not sure how others had such bad experiences and I guess anyone can have a bad day but I would recommend giving them a chance to show how good they are.
