J J — Horrible experience. The nurse assigned to my mother was curt, impertinent and insensitive. She made it very clear she was not there to care, just following orders from a newly assigned doctor who never saw my mother or examined her, but took her off all her medication. This uncaring nurse was argumentative... Read more and said her only job was to provide pain killers. She did not take the time to understand my mother's needs and treat her as an individual. Her unpleasant, rude, disrespectful tone was the worst thing for my mother in her final days, and for me. I am warning all who read this, don't use Encompass hospice. Read less
