Victoria Memdoza — Something went wrong with original paperwork I filled out but no one notified me lol.!?!? They just stopped provinding for me. After 2 months of "we will call you backs" I went in and was told I'd have a replacement piece for my apnea mask and filters in 2 days. I was very skeptical because I had already been told this 2 or 3 times and by this time it had been well over a month. And I still have never received the filters. I will not be doing business here any longer. I don't have the time or the money to waste. And I feel bad for people who have worse conditions than myself.

Mike Hofeldt — Poor service. Didnt have the equiptment i needed on hand was told it would take 3 days to get it, took 3 weeks. Would not return my phone calls very dissatisfied with the service i recieved from this branch.

Fr. Paul Sneve — Had to wait 2 hours in the hospital for them to get their paperwork in order. My wife stopped by to pick up some other items and they wouldn't give it to her even though they knew the order was coming. Bureaucrats.

Karen Boehmer — Phone calls not returned. Insurace card number lost, Billing incorrect. Difficulty in getting file transferred to Home supply. A lot of lip service and very little action nothing but a run around and a lot of incompatiance Go someplace else.
