Laurie Johnson — My husband went in for a new face mask, was given 3 masks and 2 filters and told it was covered by insurance. We received a bill for $205, all went to deductible. With our monthly Cpap rental of $150 (deductible) and the $205 we owe $350 this month!! One mask would have run us $65 but when they throw 3 in a bag and tell ya they’re covered you assume they know what they’re talking about. Seems a little shady, will not be going back.

t kasuske — if I could give negative stars I would, This place is horrible, the people are rude and incompetent. They do fraudulent billing. They have nothing in stock so you will have to go back at least 3 times to get an item and pay 10 times what you can get it for elsewhere. AVOID THIS PLACE !

Dan Walinsky — I was in the store today to have the information on my CPAP card downloaded for the Dr. Everything went fine and Leslie even faxed it over to my Dr. for me. Very happy with the service. Look forward to doing business in the future with them.

Melanie K — While the staff is wonderful and helpful, this place charged $229.00 for the exact same nebulizer that you can get at Hy-Vee for $30. Buyer Beware!! That's a 776% MARKUP!

Art Schupner — If I could give zero stars I would have. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Had issues with my bill and called their customer service(several times) and left messages because apparently no one answers the phone there. Never got a call back. Prices for items are outrageous. My bill was more than three times the amount for the same items on Amazon. When I finally was able to speak with someone, I was basically told too bad. She goes on to tell me that they have been losing business to online sales. Well maybe get a clue and start lowering your prices and improving your customer service. You might get some customers back. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.
