Hospice & Community Care is an amazing organization. Both of my grandparents were cared for by the organization at their senior living facility, as well as at the Inpatient Center. All of the team members - nurses, social workers, aides, physicians, etc. - were so kind and compassionate and made my grandparents comfortable. They put my entire family at ease. Thank you for all that you do!

During the time I dealt with Hospice for my mother I was extremely satisfied. The nurses were not only knowledgeable, but compassionate as well. There was a time when we thought we would try rehab for Mom, and they graciously stepped back in order for us to do that. It wasn't long before we realized we needed them. As her main caregiver, I was there for all of the visits, from the bathing to the nursing. My mother got her wish, to die at home. Thank you to Hospice for all the caring wonderful people you have working for you. I couldn't have done it without you.

If I could give you a doble zero on the care for my dying Father I would gladly do so. Every day in his 77 days in hospice was a nightmare, Hospice didn’t care at all. From day one was a terrible service, the equipment they deliver was broken and was probably from the 80’s never delivered a chair as promised, they delivered 2 broken ones... I had to call almost every time to get things done, the level of Incompetence from staff and management is disturbing; and I work in the medical field!!!!! From medical errors galore to insensitivity.. the list is that long.....
I Just want your organization to know that you made a horrible experience/ journey even worse for my kids, my mom, my sisters, my husband and me, despite all my efforts and calls... I would never NEVER would recommend you....

Such knowledgeable and compassionate care for my grandmother that our family didn’t hesitate to work with them again when my aunt was facing end of life. Great resources—spiritual support, music therapy and reiki—all administered with such compassion.

If I could give you a zero on the care for my dying husband Stephen French and have this post, I would do so. Each step in his 2 week Hospice care had issues. I took the online survey and gave you a “1” out of “5” rating. No follow up. I received a “3rd” notice bill when I never received 1st & 2nd. I had previously asked for a bill with no follow up.
So, I called and I met with your director of quality & compliance & was assured that she would email me. I had to call & then she promised to email me with a billing issue. Of course no email was received.!!
Just want your organization to know that you made a horrible journey even worse for my family and me, despite my diligent quest for answers!
My conclusion.... YOU DO NOT CARE!
