Krys Romero — Best hospice around!
Case load manageable by RN Case Managers during the week, and then there are RNs who just take call off hours and weekends.
Many hospices require the Case Managers to rotate call which leads to tired and frustrated nursing staff which transfers to the patient, unfortunately.
