Nia Jones — Worst experience my family has ever had! This place should not be in business! Horrible experience!

Debbie Schultze — I would not even give this place one star. Many times staff would not show up when they were supposed to, or would be late with no notification. The nurse was extremely rude with me when I asked questions or voiced some concerns. After discussing my concerns, her behavior towards me eventually got to the point where I requested a different nurse to care for my mother. When I called the director, she dismissed my concerns and even defended the nurse. I am an easy going, patient person, but after the way I was treated, and the lack of respect they showed towards my family, I ended up using a different hospice agency. What a difference in compassion, dignity, and respect. They were supportive, helpful and showed compassion until the very end. If I did not go with a different agency, I would be overwhelmed with guilt right now. I would encourage you to NEVER use their services. I had the opportunity to compare services, and going with a different agency was the best decision I could have ever made. During a difficult time, they showed no compassion or concern. The director should really brush up on her customer service skills or get another job.

Larry L Anderson — Their name is misleading. It has been almost 2 years since my Dad passed and I am still outraged at there lack of compassion. The only shinning light was one of their nurses who was there the night before and the night he passed. The rest of them are rude, unconcerned and brash. Besides their head nurse being rough with my Dad as he was bed ridden and some times confused she lied to my Mother and I and threatened me with refusing care if we didn't comply with every demand they made including, a threat to decline caring for Dad if we decided on paying for physical therapy for him so he could maintain a modicum of strenghth while bed ridden. This company kept sending this witch even after I pleaded with the director to not send her.

Tom Ehly — I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and loving care this company provided to my father in his final days. I would highly recommend them.
