bolyam08 — I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of care provided through Liberty Home Care Services. If you are looking for a compassionate team that is willing to work with your life and provide receptive care, look elsewhere.

Scheduling is a constant issue. We are not provided with service times more than a day or two in advance. Calling out on the day of service is a constant issue. Though insurance approved x amount visits per service each week, Liberty is unable/unwilling to provide all of the services allotted.

Caregivers are a mixed bag. Some are wonderful, compassionate, and prompt. Others do not uphold their job descriptions as listed on the website, can not show up on time, or do not feel it is part of their job to provide services if family is around. If you are not comfortable with a caregiver you are given the choice to continue working with them or end that care all together. No other providers are "available" as options.

Forget about having any concerns addressed. They have very little concern as to how the patients' feel. "it is what it is" approach to caregiving. Patient/Advocate help lines for care concerns are non-existent.

Ronald Parker — I'm a combat vet so I deal with PTSD and at times I can get confused. I'm so grateful because when my anxiety is peaking this app keeps me from feeling foolish by me not having to deal with people (asking questions). Thanks for the confidence.
