Regional Hospice of Missouri (Christian Health Care Network) offers an extensive and full service to all people requiring hospice services. Our goal is to provide you and your loved ones with the information they require to care not only for the patient, but the entire family.
We have been noted as having the very best standards in the industry, and we are ready to answer any questions that you may have regarding hospice, and assisting you in planning for the journey.
We will assist you with our social services team to find the resources for the end of life care that is deserved. We will assist with spiritual needs through our chaplaincy programs, and provide one on one volunteers when requested. We provide a full range of therapies as well, and we come to you with all of our services. You never have to leave the comfort of your home.

  • What resources do you offer patients and families beyond basic care?

    We will follow you through our bereavement program for as long as you need us. We have a team that has been educated to care for those that are deemed terminally ill. We believe in providing quality of life and making memories that last a lifetime for all involved. We are a proud supporter of our veterans and we will work with VA to get the most out of your earned benefits.

  • What makes you stand out from other hospices?

    We take pride in our services. We take the time to address your needs and concerns, and we will develop a plan that customizes the needs and everchanging circumstances that many experience throughout there journey.

  • What does care look like for the average patient?

    The care you receive is individualized to your needs, your diagnosis, and your wishes. We are known for providing more visits than the industry standard, and we have a reaction time to questions, needs, phone calls that is unsurpassed. We will answer your questions upon admission, and ask you questions to build an individual plan for you and your family based on the answers you provide us. We provide spiritual, psychosocial, nursing, certified nurses aides, pharmacy, and medical supplies to your loved one's place of residence.

  • What is your patient care philosophy?

    Our philosophy is be there when you need us. We want the family to be well informed and educated on the care of their loved ones, and we provide open line communication to those the patient chooses as their decision maker. We honor your life and your wishes with privacy and dignity. Our teams are not contracted or an agency that does not know you, and we are available 24 hours per day 7days a week for your needs.

  • What is the history of your hospice?

    We are a state accredited hospice. We have been in business in Southwest Missouri for over 15 years with one of the highest standards of care. While on our services you will have a direct line to the management teams and the Director of Operations to ensure you receive the expected services. We want only the very best for you and your family, and we insist on open communication with our teams and staff to ensure we meet these standards.

  • Who pays for hospice?

    Your hospice is paid for by your insurance provider and we accept Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Affairs, and most private insurance. You also have the choice to private pay. Hospice services virtually pays for all expenses related to the terminal diagnosis through your benefit program. It is very rare that you will be out of pocket for any expenses related to the terminal diagnosis, and we will inform you of any out of pocket expenses up front.

  • Do I have a choice of which hospice I choose?

    You have the right to choose any hospice you prefer. You have the right to request the hospice of your choice in any setting whether it be your residence, long term care, assisted living, or a residential care facility.
