Alex Brobjorg — They charged me $179 for a 5 minute phone call. When I called to complain they said there was nothing they could do for me and that that was their rate for phone consultations. I will not be going back to Carris health and from many other people I've talked to, they will not either.

Justin Solbrack — This is directed at Carris Health (the company) not the hard working women and men.

I awoke New Year's day with a sore throat. Thinking it was strep or influenza I figured I should be seen sooner than later. Get ahead of the infection. Much to my dismay none of the Willmar sites were open. Meaning if I wanted a throat culture I'd have to go to the ER! Since I'm sensitive to cost, this was not an option. Luckily a friend suggested Hutchinson Urgent Care. I called and they were open. I got checked in and a throat culture was taken. The test was positive and I was able to start my medication right away.

Hopefully no one else wanted affordable health care on Wednesday!

Paula M. Dolby — Horrible experience at a recent ER visit. In the future, if ER services are needed, I would not return to this location. I would travel to another hospital to seek medical attention and hopefully find a MD that has the medical knowledge needed, has compassion & empathy for the patients he sees.

Ana Kveene — The OB department is wonderful (had 2 babies here) so I assumed the ER would be too. I will never ever go to this ER again. My poor 15 month old was so sick. Lethargic, dehydrated, completely not herself. But since her fever wasn’t sky high they wrote her off as a cold. The PA even asked if she was TEETHING. Are you kidding me?? They refused to do any blood testing or flu testing and only did a throat swab (granted, I’m glad she didn’t have strep). We waited 3.5 hours as well and then I finally asked to leave. Don’t go to this ER. Find a place that is helpful and believes you when you say something is very wrong with your child.
