Kristina Webb — If I could give this care center a ZERO, I would. I have never in my 15 years of health care, experienced such lack of care, heartlessness, and uneducated nursing staff. What kind of hospice nurse comes into my grandmothers home and tells her, “you’re not dying, you just pulled something in your back.”... Read more SHE HAS MULTIPLE MYLOMA. We have oncologists and CT scans showing where her cancer is eating at her hip bones. My grandmother gave them specific care plan information and they denied all of it! Also, what kind of facility doesn’t supply their staff with gloves? Read less

Annette Ciovacco — Friday July 30 2021, I contacted the company and they sent an RN to do the assessment of my terminally ill brother. July 31st she returned to do a skin assessment and to count the number of narcotics in the home. The hospice MD ordered what they called a comfort package for me to pick up at the pharmacy.... Read more It consisted of tylenol suppositories, dulcolax suppositories, Ativan tablets, and a sublingual pill for drying oral secretions. Sunday August 1st 2021, my brother began to cough up blood. He was semi awake. They had provided oxygen but no suction machine. I called them for help. Blood was foaming out of his mouth and nose at larger volumes. They sent an on call nurse who I thought would stay with me. He did a set of vital signs and told me he could not stay with me. He had checked with the manager. I asked for any IV medication for pain and sedation. My brother had a port. I was told that they do not access ports or give IV meds. After 5hours of horrific bleeding from his lungs he died. Upon his death, they returned to again count the narcotic tablets and have me destroy them. Regarding supplies they gave me bag of adult diapers that did not fit my brother, disposable gloves #10 only and 6 mouth swabs. I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH MEDICARE TO SEE WHAT THEY BILLED THEM. They did not do anything for my brother other than assist in his painful death. This company should be black listed. Read less

Kevin Michelle — They are very unprofessional!!! They do not show up on time. Do not know what day they are going to show up till late the night before. Really acted like they did not care about my mother. The nurse used foul language in front of my girlfriend and mother and became to personal. Threopy was like they... Read more was playing patty cake really not working with my mom to get her better and just going through motions to get a pay check. When talked to director about concerns it was like talking to the wall with no answer just beating around the bush not wanting to answer questions. When file complaint the next day they did a assessment on my mother without letting us know what’s was going on then got a call from the director and she said they was discharging her today because there was no improvement and not take no blame for there lack of effort. Really dissatisfied with this company really don’t do what they are suppose to do or say. My mom was in hospital for 3 months and she ain’t no better then she was when she got out only after a month. They also lied about calling doctor and equipment they were working on getting for us.WOULD NOT REHIRE THEM EVER!!!! Read less

Rebecca Morris — Premier Hospice provided Mom excellent care through her final two months of life. Mom dreaded and tried to avoid hospice care at first; but she was pleasantly surprised and extremely grateful for it once she was under their care. They were very prompt with getting Mom set up, and took care of informing... Read more us every step of the way. We were very impressed from the very first meeting with Lisa. It only got better...Jennifer, her nurse, made the transition for Mom a positive experience. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, and very personable. She provided top notch care of my mother from the first visit until the funeral home picked her body up. She was heading back to see Mom when she passed even though she wasn't the nurse on call at the time. She patiently waited for family to arrive to spend time with Mom and say goodbye to her. Then notified the funeral home, and waited until they picked her up. We couldn't ask for anyone to have done anymore. My Dad's only regret through this whole process was that he couldn't be put under Jennifer's care from now on. She was perfect in every sense of the word. We would highly recommend this company.
