Tiffany Tennin — I had an interview for their dementia unit on April 3rd. Amy who is charge of hiring interviewed me and hired me on the spot. She told me orientation would either be the 8th or 22nd. She didnt think she would be able to fit me into the 8th, but said she would try and would call me back. She never called... Read more so I called her on the 8th to see if I was going to be going to the orientation on the 22nd. She didnt even remember who I was then tried saying she was waiting on my background check. I had to call repeatedly the whole week before the 22nd and she w oi uldnt return my phone call. I ended up calling the DON who transferred me to the lady in charge of background checks. The lady didnt know who I was and hadn't given me a background check. She said she would talk to Amy and call me back. FINALLY at 230 in the afternoon Amy returned my call and said she couldnt hire me, , but she would leave my application on file. I asked her why she couldnt hire me and she said because of my background check. I told her they had never done a background check on me and told her she was very unprofessional for ignoring my calls and not responding to which she hung up. All the horror stories you hear about that place must be true. They are the most disorganized and unprofessional people I have ever interviewed with. They are cold and rude. They also only pay 11.26 a hour. You can make as much doing in home care and have way less of a workload. Read less
