Kristy Perry — Vista’s has been horrible! It took them two days to get a PCA pump. They kept a family waiting days following making an extremely difficult decision to begin hospice. Once the pump arrived 2 days later the
nurse to hook up the pump showed up two hours late. The staff is sloppy and unprofessional. They have no respect for the families going through this terribly sad situation. Do yourself a favor and hire a company that is medically efficient and has a good bedside manner.
