Pathways did it all. Their team cared for my husband in ways I never dreamed possible. From medical furniture, sponge baths, and music to bed pads and medication refills. We were supported the entire way. Thank you.

Pathways was very unprofessional in how they handled my grandmother's passing. We brought grandma home from the hospital and our pathways nurse did not show up for a couple hours. When he did, he was very nonchalant, did NOT explain any of the medications in the kit, did not offer to help us change her etc. His casual way of throwing around the word "hospice" sank my grandmother's spirits.
He claimed that Pathways had a nurse on call 24/7, so that if we needed a question answered, they would be there. (The night on call nurse was great, very helpful.)
However, the next morning grandma was suffering and we called the "24/7" nurse hotline. A young man who was NOT a nurse answered, saying he would find a nurse to call us. An HOUR later, we called THEM back. The same guy answered, again said he would find a nurse for us. (We asked a family friend nurse who had us give gma more morphine which helped her a bit)
Almost an hour later, a nurse finally called back 5 minutes AFTER gma passed. She claimed they had a STAFF MEETING. Are you kidding. No nurses were available in a life and death situation because of a STAFF MEETING. Extremely unprofessional. Unacceptable. Do not use this place unless you agree that a staff meeting is more important than your loved one's comfort.

The professionals at Pathways are truly Angels on earth! When my father became terminally ill in early February, my mother and I had to make some fast decisions. The PA and Palitative professionals at McKee Hospital in Loveland met with us right away and recommended that we call Pathways. They sent an Admissions professional to our home right away and everything we needed was delivered. During his last week at home, he was truly at rest because of the care he received. Care professionals visited, medications were delivered and his end of life was with dignity. Dad passed quietly on 2/14/‘19, Valentines Day ❤️
Thank you from my heart Pathways!

Pathways was a life saver for our family. We were losing our father and we were struggling with his care and keeping him comfortable. Pathways took an incredibly difficult situation and came alongside us, not only helping us with my dad, but giving us the comfort and support we needed. These people are truly angels. Thank you for your help and kindness as we walked this path...
