They answer the phone on the first ring -
They are incredibly professional and moreover compassionate and caring
It’s so rare
Especially during this time in LA.
My husband and I are in Chicago and trying to manage everything from across country

We had a horrible experience with another small hospice company -
They were not professional and called us at mid nite one night and told us they were closing permananently immediately - abandoned my mother in law -

Gave us no resources and they just didn’t care

Silverado is exceptional !
