Kathy Ramos — I am so grateful for enrolling my grandfather under Hospice with St. Arsenius Hospice. The greatest part was he was able to spend the last few months of his life at home surrounded by his loved ones. No matter what time or day it was we knew we could count on St. Arsenius staff to be there. They would always understand the urgency and know exactly how to provide care for someone with terminal illness. I never had to nudge them as they were always a step ahead of me in anticipating his needs. Having them for advice in end-of-life issues was invaluable. My entire family is so grateful for everything they have done for my grandfather and our family.

Susan Chakulian — My family is so grateful for the support, responsiveness, and kindness from the awesome team at St. Arsenius Hospice. During our greatest time of need, they educated and guided us through the hospice process. I cant thank the nurses enough ( Marie, Dolly) for all their hard work and support that was given to each one of us during the difficult time we had for my husband. My husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer, it was very difficult for me and my family to process everything and accept the fact that my husband did not have much time. The entire staff made sure my husband was at peace during the time he was under hospice care. We are truly thankful for everything.

Christine Padilla — I don't normally do reviews but today was a day that I felt the need to. My family was told by the lady who runs St. Arsenius as I stood their listening that they are one of the "top hospice companies". Unfortunately since I have been with my family to support them in there time of need St.Arsenius has showed me different. Hospice is suppose to be there for their paitent's and the family as a whole. Nurses should never second guess or look in the eyes of grieving families and give them false hope, make promises they can not keep because the word a person gives shows how much integrity they have. It has me saddened that a company such as St. Arsenius calls themselves compassionate and caring. I see my young cousin lay in his hospital bed terminally agitated, very weak, trying to find his place to the other side but can not. St. Arsenius does no what they are doing but putting my cousin, his Mom, and the rest of the family through very poor decisions. My cousins life is not an experiment to play with he is not a lab rat he is a human being!!! Thank God 🙏 for the great CC nurses we have had that are not St. Arsenius nurses who have been a great support system. They truly know what greiving families go through. If you want to give your loved ones a true and peaceful passing do not choose St. Arsenius. Compassion and caring is not there top priority!!!

Ida Reynoso — This place is horrible if I can give this place no stars I would. My brother threw up blood last week and also had tons of blood in his stool and this place started CC on Saturday night because my brother was looking pale and not himself. They said my brother is going to be passing and we thought that he would now they are taking their words back and saying he is not actively passing and is changing his meds but he hasn't ate in 8 days and the doctor was suppose to be out today to look at him and she now said she wasn't. Also my brothers vitals are up and down they have so many negative things to say. They promise things and they don't comply with it. They tell you they will be there to give support to the family and the patient and they don't. I think it is because they straight out told me the insurance company hasn't paid them that is not my fault but I feel like they really want to deny services to Him or I feel like they want to take him off their hospice but they can't deny him because hes is not doing well and he is mentally disabled with hemophilia. They are treating him like a Guinea pig. They make us feel like we are stupid and we dont know what we are talking about. We are all confused now and our minds are tired and our hearts hurt. The doctor said she will not drive and hour in a half to see a patient who is really ill. How could she diagnose what is wrong without seeing him. She is saying she believes the hospice nurse but basically she doesnt believe the CC nurses who have came out. Stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOSPICE. I wouldn't ask for anyone's love one to go through what we have been through and continue to go through. I ask them to write it in writing and they wouldn't write what are they afraid of? This is wrong of what they do. They need to definitely be out of business. 😡😡😡😡
