Overview from the hospice
Facing the end of life or caring for a loved one with a serious illness can be stressful, sometimes overwhelming. We aim to ensure that no one faces these challenges alone. Collabria Care provides exceptional professional health care, expert resources, and compassionate support to individuals and their loved ones experiencing the transitions of aging, serious illness, or facing end of life.
As Napa County’s only local nonprofit hospice and day program, we care for over 4,700 community members annually through our core programs: Palliative and Hospice Services, Grief Counseling, Alzheimer’s Services, Adult Day Services, and Caregiver Support.
