Buyer beware . This company does not respect the dead or have any. Dignity for the dead at all . First at funeral Dec 31 2020 during COVID Several employees not wearing masks while funeral was taking placce with visitors in building. Secondly the manager director Ben promised a marker by 4/19/2021 after 5 months of. Not doing there. Agreed and contractual obligation of. A temporary marker. In place. They failed to deliver on 4/20/2021 a temporary grave marker to union cemetry as agreed to on the purchase contract. We are unable to visit my dead mother now for 5 months and lay flowers or pray at the negligence. Of Cochran Funeral Home located in hackettstown and also the negligence of director Ben. Thank you Director Ben and Cochran Funeral Home for Disrespecting me and my family.. I was unable to leave Flowers at a cost of 80 dollars and Pray for my deceased mother at her side, the last 5 months since she was Burried,, Complete Negligence, And unconscionable act of your Director Ben who said there will be one delivered to cemetery by 4/20/21 (5 months since deceased) and Monies where paid to Cochran Funeral Home,, May you and your Company rot in hell, for our prayers this weekend , which we where not able to do. And sit by our mothers side and pray.. No due diligence was even considered or rectified for our Family, But you did recieve our pre arrangement 2 years in advance though,
