What is the history of Snow Funeral Services?
Snow Funeral Services was founded by Robin Snow in memory of her beloved husband, Charles Robert Snow, also known as "Bob" or "Mr. Bob," who passed on 2020, due to a hard battle with cancer. Before becoming "Snow Funeral Services," previous to that, Charles and Robin owned "Stonebridge Funeral and Cremation Services." After the passing of her beloved husband, Robin could not bare with the pain and sorrow that followed without her soul companion and took a step back from the death industry, to grieve the loss of her husband in a healthy way. After a long break away from the industry, Robin decided it was only right to continue sharing the love and passion that they both had when helping a family in need in their hardest, darkest and most difficult time in their life. She decided it was time to open up for business again and opened up "Snow Funeral and Cremation Services." After that, Robin hoped and thought of starting up a funeral home that she could share with someone who would keep the name Snow alive and going in the case of her passing one day. And most of all someone of trust that would keep the memory and legacy of Mr. Bob alive. This is where the idea of a partnership came into place. In March 2023, Robin Snow, Juan Estrada, and Marisela Estrada inaugurated "Snow Funeral Services," commencing its operations.

What is the funeral planning process generally like?
First, the "Initial Call" is taken. Which means, the death is reported either by the family of the deceased, the medical professional, or the legal authorities to the funeral home or mortuary. Following, is a sit down apt with the "NOK" also known as the next of kin or also known as the legal person in charge to make final death arrangements of the decedent. After that sit down, the funeral director or counselor will be in contact with the "nok" to follow through with updates on their loved one's process or steps or if the mortuary is needing of any more missing info or articles such as clothing, photos, etc., depending on the type of service that will be conducted.

What makes you different from other funeral homes?
We are a family owned and operated business. We like to interact with everyone who walks into our location in a more friendly and more personal level and treat them as family and not just another client. We welcome everyone to stop by for a visit either it's funeral related matter or just to meet and greet our Snow family. We help families with paperwork funeral related or answering questions that they may just have, whether the family stays with us or not. We are available for in house visits in the case that the family is not able to come in for funeral arrangements. We are Spanish and English speaking but also work with any ethnicity.
