I will support you and your family through terminal illness as a patient advocate. I am available to assist with bedside care, appointments and 24/7 support to answer questions. I provide weekly check ins for you and your family from diagnosis to transitional stage to end of life. Than when you or your loved one begins to transition to actively dying, I am available for daily check ins to 24 hour care. I believe it is important as you walk your family home you can remain as your current role in the family spouse, child, sibling or friend versus taking on the full care-giving role

How much experience do you have in your field?
I have been a hospice nurse for 10 years. So I have been a death doula for 10 years as my rold in hospice as the call nurse often I was with pts as they transition to the active dying phase and pass.
