About Journey Together
After 15+ years of serving individuals and families in the healthcare industry, I am now bringing my services to you. Throughout my career I have helped guide families through the end of life planning process. I have facilitated conversations around death and supported many individuals as they transitioned. Working closely with hospice agencies, leading support groups, training staff, and holding vigil at bedside for the dying have all been humbling and enlightening experiences. These moments, both large and small, have contributed to birth of Journey Together.
At Journey Together, I offer you and your loved ones guidance and gentle coaching as you walk through this time. I am humbled to assist dying individuals in the final stage of this life. Through multiple sessions we work through fears, ideas, concerns, and move forward with peace and a plan. My goal is to help the person feel a sense of control, calm, and acceptance with their time left and their transition. I am an advocate for final wishes and hold space through vigil if needed.
I am dedicated to serving as a conduit to help widen the discussion around death, dying, and what it means to experience a well death.
