Summit Care Partners advocates for an informed, death-centric community of individuals and families who are adequately prepared for the final stage of life.
Individual services include advance care planning, legacy project facilitation, vigil planning, respite care, and home funeral guidance.
We also provide community outreach opportunities through educational presentations, in-service training, and workshops for groups, organizations, and businesses.
