Reduce family stress
About Joan Bretthauer
At ACE End-of-Life Doula Services, I help individuals and families navigate the end-of-life journey with guidance, comfort, and planning. End-of-life can be overwhelming emotionally, logistically, and spiritually and no one should have to go through it alone.
I provide personalized support by helping clients create comprehensive end-of-life plans, guiding difficult conversations, offering bedside presence, and ensuring their wishes are honored. I also educate families, communities, and professionals on advance care planning, death literacy, and legacy work.
My role complements hospice and palliative care, filling in the gaps with emotional, social, spiritual and holistic support. Whether someone is planning ahead or facing immediate needs, I empower them to approach this stage of life with peace and dignity.
If you or someone you know is looking for compassionate guidance during this important time, I’d love to connect and share how I can help.
