  *I am not here to tell a dying individual the right way or best way to die but rather help the dying make their own decisions after learning their options.
  *I will explore a patient's spiritual beliefs through active listening and conversations.
  * Assist with advanced directives, standing vigils bedside, creating a sacred space for the dying and their families as well as legacy projects, final transition rights, restoration of rights and funeral and burial rights and decisions.
  * Act as an advocate.

• A patient advocate is ?

  Someone who will defend your rights to basic healthcare, rights to end of life issues and advocate for your right to be pain free and understand all treatment plans.
