I have my daughter Katelyn McFadden buried there and I made a family and friends collage for her and would like to know if I could have it there on 2 small wooden post next to her head stone in the plot she's in or do I need to contact the plot owner whom the plot belongs to Mark Archer Jr and if so how do I get ahold of him thank you
