Pat VB — Making the arrangements I had no problem. However, the day of the services was a disaster. A bunch of chairs were set up in the dirt. Ashley O — Horrible experience. Took months to receive our pendants we ordered and our loved one’s headstone with no communication. We had to follow up multiple times for the pendants to be ordered.
