GRACIE IS SUPPOSE TO TAKE CARE OF MY SON's Funeral but not doing a good job. Alfred Chlamon passed away in august, in September we paid everything just waiting for marker stone with his name it is black marble, whatever you guys call it. Well the stone has arrived at funeral home for a month now because my husband saw it when he went to make a payment last month and Gracie hasn't even called me that it finally arrived, I don't think she even knows. It might not be important to her or you guys but my son is very important to me. I had known this is how you conduct business I would have made another choice of place. The only reason I am paying for a plot there is for my son but I hope you don't jerk my kids around when I die. Also we were told you do not take credit cards then you do not have change so j had to pay amount different from payment amount. What kind of office are you running. The woman at office told me Gracie was out of town for a week coming back yesterday and she would tell Gravie to give me a call but she hasn't. I am probably wasting my time complaining because I don't think you guys care but when you lose a loved one you will find out what it's like. I went myself and saw the stone, I am not a happy person. What am I to do, wait another month before your staff does their job or who do I speak to about your personnel to take care of my son. Your receptionist was uncaring and unprofessional all she was asking me if I had paid for and paid for that. I told her everything was paid for.
