Victor Sgro — Many family members, many tears and my mother's grave and tombstone were all perfect. I visit her and my grandparents often, never an issue. Just be humbled and glad you just visiting and not the other way around.

Ridley Nails Inc. — It’s been over a year since my brother’s passing and no one will ever give us an update on his stone! We called, we went into the office with the same answer every damn time: “we will look into it and give an update” and then it will be days & weeks later no response! We paid and designed it we deserve to know where or when it will come!!

Loretta Fitzgerald — Horrible experiences. 4 months after my father died, my parents grave site was dirt with a 12 inch deep and 8 inch wide hole. I could not read my mother's name. October my brother died and they did not have him scheduled to be buried. So no hole dug for the urn and no canopy set up to protect his children and siblings from the cold rain falling. And just now my cousin sent a picture of my parents grave and looks horrible. Disgraceful and disrespectful.

hiu tung (janice2525) — My family has ordered a gravestone for a family member pass away a year ago. We already work on the stone for a few month and finally finished everything and asked the person who work with us to summit the design. But we got a reply that the stone will be done in June but we finished everything in December! Why does it take so long? We had been told the stone will be done in about three months! I am not satisfied because it took so long and every time the person said will call back and get us information we asked rarely call back. We had to call her a few time for everything! I understand every one might be busy but it should not happens every time. Our family is very frustrated and unhappy and we hope the stone can be done earlier.

Kathy Basilio — I am horrified at how dirty the flat stones are kept! I thought it was just my parents so I was going to bring something to clean it with then I looked back at the entire row from the street and could not believe my eyes they are ALL BLACK!! If you don't know where your loved one is buried don't count on finding them because you won't be able to read the stones. The Archdiocese should once again be ashamed of themselves for taking money up front for perpetual care.
