How can I put up a Monument for my grandparents? Currently, My grandfather, Edmund J. Ayres, Sr. died in 1950, has a marker only with his name. I believe it was provided by Military. My grandmother, Regina Inez Ayres died in 1955. I was told by my father, Edmund Joseph Ayres, Jr. that at that time, burials were not side by side. But, my grandmother, Regina a Ayres was buried over my Grandfather, essentially, one on top of the other. My father, died in 1984 intended to purchase a monument with both names, recognizing his Mother, Regina, but unfortunately at that time he couldn’t afford to make the purchase. This was one of his few regrets. I would really like to fulfill his wish. Is this possible? ** I have an additional question: I am their granddaughter, Ann Ayres Hencinski. I intend to be cremated at my time of death. I would very much like to be put to rest with them. Is any of this possible? I am willing to assume cost. Do you have ANY alternative way that you can approve to honor my requests? Any or all information you can provide will be greatly appreciated. - Ann Ayres H. – Ann Ayres H.
