I am looking for the grave of my ancestor, John George Pries. He died on August 24, 1889. Is he interred there?

Unfortunately, we don't have a John George Pries buried at Conestoga Memorial Park, a Life Remembered cemetery. You may want to try Greenwood cemetery on Prince Street in Lancaster, or the Lancaster cemetery. Both of those cemeteries date back to that time period. Good luck in your research, sorry we couldn't have been more help.
Update: One of our staff thinks they may have located them for you at another location on Find a Grave. There is a John George Pries 25 Aug 1808 - 24 Aug 1889 at the Christ Covenant Church Cemetery in Conestoga, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. I hope this helps you in your search.
