Who do I contact about burial of my son in Cockburn burial plot.

What is the management of cemetery planning to do about the ugly mess of tree limbs left by contractor after cutting trees down in the south west corner. A natural water course is now full of limb debris and will cause incessant hazardous water build up along with stagnant water issues. This is a health and safety issue for area residents for sure.
