Good day. I am very upset after visiting my families grave today. we have seen a man who lives beside the graveyard throwing his yard waste over the fence on our families gravestone. we keep finding yardwaste and cigarette butts and now dead animals. we saw him throw a dead bird, a mouse and a half dead squirrel on there grave. when we told him how disrespectful he was he smiled at us and threw a cigarette butt on the grave. he has ratt traps all over his yard killing anything that walks in there, and throws the bodies over the fence. we have cleaned up the grave 3 times but we don't think this should be our responsibility. I think you might have more luck having a talk with him. he lives at 432 12th st. w. I really don't think this is up to us to deal with. He should be reported. we have found out his name is beaulieu. we have talked to his neighbour who is not happy with him either. PLEASE HELP.
