What is the cost for a very small dog and something to put him in after cremation

Hello, we do pricing based off of weight so if he is 5#-35# that would be $120 and the wooden box urn is included in that price.
Last Friday we had to say goodbye to our sweet Bella at the Ohio State University Veterinary Medical Center. We would like her cremated and want the remains back so she can be with us.
